I guess YAKITORI is not a new word even in English nowadays. I can sometimes see its name in the menu while I am visiting foreign countries, although I seldom see real yakitori in such situation : ) This is my favorite yakitori bar, where people just stand in front of the counter and eat as many as you like. When you leave, the shop employee counts how many sticks you ate and tells you your sum. One rule to remember here is that you can dip the sauce only once as we should keep the sauce fresh and clean so everyone can share it.
