Phew, it seems I had been absent for many days! August this year was more eventful than usual, mainly because I visited my mother in Sapporo for a week, and besides, I had two guests from European countries before visiting Sapporo. From Tokyo to Sapporo, we could simply fly for one and a half hour, but as Masaki insisted he wanted to avoid flying, we decided to go by ferry with our car. It was our first time to make a trip by ferry. It took around 19 hours!!! from Ibaraki(two hours from tokyo) to Tomakomai (two hours from Sapporo). It was a looooong trip indeed. back home |
