Time flew so fast! It has been so cold these days so I seldom stay in front of the computer! Instead I spend most of my daytime taking a long walk or staying in the sunny living room. When I'm in the living room, I often do some needlework. The picture for today is the Korean style patchwork that I'm working on at the moment. When they mention "patchwork", it usually means patchwork of cotton. But in Korea, as their traditional folk dresses are made of silk, they traditonally patch small pieces of silk. "handmade" takes time, but it is such a relaxing, luxurious pastime for me : ) back home |
