There are still some SENTOU or public bathhouses in Japan. They are not popular anymore, but many old people still prefer huge bathtub in sentou and of course there are still some very old apartments that do not have private bathrooms for each inhabitant. I think this bathhouse looks how it should look like. I mean it looks very authentic : ) back home |
