I wonder what you call this in English. It is a cement block wall for ordinary Japanese house. I looked up into the dictionary, and it says it is a fence. In Japanese, we have an imported word "fence", but it always reminds me of netted wire wall. Anyways, this is very typical design of pine trees, which is the symbol of hapiness : ) back home |
