This is our parking space at the basement in our apartment. There was no openings when we moved in, so we waited more than one year until we finally got this space in January this year. We pay 35,000yen for it every month and it is just average fee in this area. There are only 35 parking spaces for more than 100 residents in the new apartment (which is almost the same situation here). I hope we will win the space in the new apartment, too!! |
